I will listen to what you would like support with, I will ask some questions and you will leave with a plan to access what it is you really want.
It will likely take us between 30-45 mins.
I work online and in-person (mostly in London and Norwich). Working with me could be entirely talk-based, could involve touch, or be a combination of both - whatever you and I decide together is going to be the most beneficial for you.
